Easy Baked Peaches

Easy Baked Peaches are tender, juicy and topped with a caramelized honey butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon glaze. Scoop some vanilla ice cream over the warm peaches for a sweet and creamy dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 very ripe peaches, cut in half and and pitted
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, very softened
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • Cut each peach in half, remove the pit, and place in prepared baking dish cut-side up.
  • In a small bowl add very softened butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix well to combine ingredients.
  • Generously spoon the mixture over the peaches, filling the center and letting it drizzle over the peaches.
  • Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until peaches are tender when poked with a fork.
  • Serve peaches warm and top with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
