This Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Recipe is the perfect combination of hot cereal and cinnamon rolls packed into one delicious breakfast recipe. I'm always looking for new breakfast ideas and this baked oatmeal was a huge hit with my family. They are healthy, high in fiber, and taste just like your favorite dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup almond butter

Glaze Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl add old fashioned oats, instant oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix ingredients to combine.
  • In a small mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and almond butter.
  • Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  • Prepare the glaze while oatmeal is baking. In a small mixing bowl combine melted butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar and whisk to combine ingredients.
  • Once oatmeal has been removed from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling glaze over top of the baked oatmeal. Serve warm and enjoy!
