Brown Sugar And Cinnamon Overnight Oats is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that everyone will enjoy. Fill mason jars with oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, almond milk, chopped pecans and you'll have a delicious breakfast ready to go on any busy morning.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


  • Add 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup almond milk to four individual 8oz. mason jars. Stir ingredients well to combine.
  • In a small bowl add vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, maple syrup, and stir ingredients well.
  • Pour 1/4 of the brown sugar mixture into each of the jars and stir to combine.
  • Cover and place mason jars into the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge and serve with chopped pecans, additional brown sugar and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
