Caramel Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. caramel sauce


  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. course salt


  • In a medium size mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and caramel sauce and beat with hand mixer until fully combined, scraping the sides of the bowl.
  • Transfer cheesecake dip to a serving bowl.
  • Top with chopped pecans, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle coarse salt on top.
  • Serve with sliced apples, vanilla cookies, or graham crackers. Enjoy!
