Pico De Gallo

Pico De Gallo is a healthy Mexican salsa loaded with tomatoes, onions, jalapeno's, and fresh cilantro. Perfect for just munching on with chips or to add amazing flavor to any of your favorite Mexican foods.

  • 1 lb Roma tomatoes (diced to ¼ about 6 medium tomatoes)
  • 1 cup white onion (finely diced)
  • 1 small Jalapeno (seeded and finely minced)
  • ½ cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (1 fresh squeezed lime)
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper


  • In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, garlic, and chopped cilantro. Stir until well combined.
  • Slice the lime in half and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Season with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours for the best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
