  • 2 cups frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)


  • Place frozen bananas and blueberries into a food processor or blender and pulse until small crumbles are formed.
  • Add yogurt, vanilla, and chia seeds to blender.
  • Blend until it reaches a smooth texture and there are no chunks of fruit. If needed add a splash of milk.
  • Transfer to serving bowls and top with your favorite fresh fruit, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut. Enjoy!
