Pineapple mango salsa is quick and easy to prepare and is perfect served as a dip for chips, or a topping for grilled fish or chicken. It's made with sweet juicy mangos, pineapple chunks, crisp red bell pepper, fresh cilantro, and tossed in lime and pineapple juice. It's a perfect healthy appetizer or side dish that everyone will love.

  • 2 Mangos, finely diced
  • 1 cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. salt


  • In a small to medium serving bowl add diced mangos, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  • Stir in lime juice, pineapple juice, and salt. Mix ingredients well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
