With only 6 ingredients, these Skinny No Bake Oreo Cheesecake bites are so easy to make and taste delicious. Made with Oreo thins, fat free cream cheese, non-fat Greek yogurt, and lite cool whip. They are the perfect healthy dessert when you are craving something sweet.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions
 

  • Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  • Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
  • Add in salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Continue beating until well combined.
  • Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos, and beat until mixed well.
  • Fold in thawed cool whip until ingredients are combined.
  • Evenly scoop cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
  • Freeze for 3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
