Easy Homemade Granola
Easy Homemade Granola is such a simple and healthy make-ahead breakfast recipe for the whole family. This easy granola recipe is made with 7 ingredients and takes only 30 minutes from start to finish. Once you try homemade granola, you won’t go back to store-bought granola. It’s so much better!
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine old fashioned oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stir to combine ingredients well.
In a small mixing bowl stir together melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until combined.
Pour coconut oil mixture over oats, and stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
Spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet, and place in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and cool completely, granola will become crunchy as it cools. Transfer to an air tight container for storing, Enjoy!
