Easy Homemade Granola

Easy Homemade Granola is such a simple and healthy make-ahead breakfast recipe for the whole family. This easy granola recipe is made with 7 ingredients and takes only 30 minutes from start to finish. Once you try homemade granola, you won’t go back to store-bought granola. It’s so much better!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine old fashioned oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stir to combine ingredients well.
  • In a small mixing bowl stir together melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  • Pour coconut oil mixture over oats, and stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet, and place in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely, granola will become crunchy as it cools. Transfer to an air tight container for storing, Enjoy!
