  • 1 pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon


  • Preheat grill, grill pan, or George Forman grill to medium heat and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined, and set aside.
  • Peel, core, and cut pineapple into slices or wedges and brush both sides with brown sugar glaze.
  • Place pineapple slices on preheated grill in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and pineapple becomes tender.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
