This is the best German Pancake recipe you will ever make. With only six simple ingredients and five minutes to prepare, this easy breakfast recipe is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F and add 2 Tbsp. of unsalted butter to a 9×13 baking dish. Place it in the preheating oven to allow the butter to melt.
  • While butter is melting in the preheating oven, add eggs, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla to a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Once butter has melted and oven has been brought to temperature, pour batter into baking dish, over butter.
  • Place in the oven and bake until edges are golden brown and puffy, about 20-22 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with syrup or fruit. Enjoy!
