Easy Frankenstein Nutter Butter Cookies
Eerily cute Frankenstein cookies made with addictingly delicious peanut butter Nutter Butter cookies dipped in vibrant green candy melts and decorated to look like our favorite pieced-together Halloween monster!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Nutter Butter Cookies
- 12 oz green candy melts
- 12 oz black candy melts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips two for each cookie
- 1 pkg candy eyes two for each cookie
Instructions
- Melt the green candy melts according to the instructions on the bag.
- Dip the Nutter Butter cookie 3/4 of the way into the green chocolate, and place it on a wire cooling rack.
- Gently press to eyes and two chocolate chips onto the cookie while the chocolate is still soft.
- Place the dipped cookies in the refrigerator for 10-15 mins.
- Once the cookies are completely cooled and hard to the touch. Dip the other half of the cookie into the black melted chocolate, and place it on the wire cooling rack.
- Using a piping bag with a fine tip, pour the remaining black chocolate into the piping. Pipe the mouth onto the cookie and set it aside to harden.
- Once the chocolate is set up, serve and enjoy!
