When it comes to bringing a dish to share with others, it can be tough to decide what to make. You want something tasty and satisfying, but that won't take all day to prepare. This Broccoli Grape Pasta Salad is the perfect solution. It's creamy and flavorful but comes together in just a few minutes.

  • 8 oz, farfalle pasta
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  • Prepare pasta according to package directions, cooking al dente. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl.
  • While pasta is cooking, preheat oven to 350F. Place chopped pecans on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 6-7 minutes, stirring half way. Be sure not to let them burn.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and salt. Whisk well.
  • Add broccoli, grapes, red onion, pecans, and crumbled bacon to large bowl with cooled pasta.
  • Pour mayonnaise mixture over pasta salad and stir to mix well.
  • Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
