Honey Garlic Chicken Breast

Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts are an easy dinner ideas for busy nights. It has an amazing honey garlic sauce that is so easy to make. The best part is you don't have to marinate the chicken, but it still has amazing flavor.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2pieces)
  • cup honey
  • tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (diced)


  • Butterfly chicken by slicing horizontally into the chicken, dividing it half creating 4 pieces.
  • In a shallow dish dredge chicken breast in flour on both sides. Shake off excess flour.
  • In a large pan or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on each side. About 2-3 minutes each side.
  • Slide the chicken to the edges of pan. Add remaining butter and garlic. Saute garlic for 30 seconds or until golden brown.
  • Add salt, black pepper, honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Bring the sauce to a simmer for 1 minute until it begins to thicken. Then start to turn the chicken breasts in the sauce with tongs until completely coated.
  • Remove chicken from pan and plate. Pour remain sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.
