These banana bread overnight oats are the perfect filling grab and go breakfast. With oatmeal, bananas, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nuts, this easy breakfast is very tasty and will keep you full until it is time for lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup ripe mashed bananas
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups milk almond, oat, or 2%
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • slied bananas to place on top (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine mashed bananas, oats, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, and chopped nuts until combined.
  • Dived mixture between 3 mason jars, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  • To serve, top with sliced bananas, and chopped nuts if desired. Enjoy!
