This Broccoli Salad Recipe is an easy Summer salad that is packed with crisp broccoli, bacon, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and tossed in a homemade dressing. It's the perfect side dish for any BBQ, potluck, or gathering with family or friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, salted
  • 3/4 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 cup lite mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli florets, diced onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits until combined.
  • In a small mixing bowl whisk together, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over broccoli salad and toss to coat completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
