Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup cold ice water
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Chill water with ice cubes for 5 minutes.
  • Pour lemon juice, sugar, and 1/3 cup cold water into a blender and blend until sugar dissolves.
  • Add ice cream and continue blending until combined well.
  • Serve immediately with a lemon wedge if desired. Enjoy!
