8 oz. Spaghetti noodles 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 3 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning more or less to taste 1 lb. shrimp, patted dry if using frozen, thaw first 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup milk 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
Season both sides of shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add sliced bell peppers, salt, and pepper, sauté until slightly tender.
Once peppers are tender, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is slightly pink. Do not overcook shrimp.
Add milk and cream cheese to skillet and stir until cream cheese has melted.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles and parmesan cheese to skillet and stir to combine. Serve immediately with more grated parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
