Easy Ham Fried Rice Recipe

This easy ham fried rice recipe is super simple to make and tastes even better than takeout! With only a few ingredients and a skillet, you can have this ham fried rice ready to serve for dinner in less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2-3 Tbsp. soy sauce more or less to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion, peas and carrots, and diced ham and cook until tender.
  • Push mixture to the side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  • Add cooked cooled rice and soy sauce, stir to combine all ingredients. Stir the fried rice until heated through.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
