Easy Homemade Fried Cinnamon Apples Recipe

This Easy Cinnamon Fried Apples Recipe is delicious and easy to make. Made out of granny smith apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon, the flavors mix perfectly together!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Granny smith apples peeled cored and cut into bite size pieces.
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Peel, core, and dice the apples into bite size pieces and place them in a medium size bowl.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over apples and stir to coat. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon and stir for 3-4 minutes until butter is melted.
  • Add apples and continue cooking over medium heat stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
  • Serve immediatly as is or over a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
