Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in thick center-cut pork chop
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine brown sugar, mustard powder, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk together until all the clumps of brown sugar have been broken up.
  • Prepare your grill for cooking. Spray the grates with a non-stick cooking spray. Then preheat the grill on medium high (around 400 degrees F) for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare your pork chops by rubbing both sides with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the dry rub to completely coat the pork chop and rub it into the meat.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side. Until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
  • Remove from the grill and let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
