Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken is such a flavorful and juicy chicken. Made with just a few ingredients you will have a tasty grilled Dijon chicken. Perfect for any a healthy family dinner.
Preheat your grill to 425 degrees or medium high heat.
In a medium mixing bowl combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Place chicken on cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Pound chicken with mallet or rolling pin until they are a consistent thickness.
Coat one side of the chicken generously with honey mustard sauce completely covering the chicken.
Spray preheated grill with non stick cooking spray. Then place chicken on the grill sauce side down and then cover uncoated side with the remaining sauce. Close and grill each side 4-5 minutes until the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes. Then serve with freshly chopped parsley on top.
