Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed greens spinach or romaine
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries

Candied Pecans

  • 3/4 cup pecans coarsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Strawberry Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

Strawberry Vinaigrette

  • Add strawberries, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth. Thin with water if desired.

Candied Pecans

  • Add pecans, butter, and brown sugar to a small nonstick skillet, and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until sugar starts to melt and caramelize, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate in a single later to cool.

Salad

  • In a large salad bowl toss together mixed greens, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and candied pecans. Top with strawberry vinaigrette or serve dressing on the side. Enjoy!
