In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, honey, garlic, and chili powder. Add shredded chicken and toss to coat completely.
Cover and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl whisk salsa Verde and heavy cream until combined well. Set aside.
Prepare rice as directed to package directions. Or find our homemade rice recipe here.
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a baking dish with cooking spay.
Evenly fill each tortilla with marinated chicken, rice, beans, and shredded cheese.
Fold up both ends and roll up tightly. Place burritos in baking dish.
Spoon salsa Verde sauce over burritos and sprinkle with extra cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until warm throughout and cheese has melted.
Serve with salsa, chopped cilantro, and sour cream. Enjoy!
