Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and dried dill with a hand mixer. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until combined.
  • Place cheese mixture on a sheet of saran wrap and form into a ball.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Remove from fridge, and place chopped pecans on a plate.
  • Roll cheese ball in pecans until well coated.
  • Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
