• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a medium-size bowl, add cake mix, egg and ½ cup of butter softened.
• Mix ingredients together and add in the sprinkles.
• Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
• Bake for 8-10 mins.
• Remove the cookies from the cookie sheet, and place them on a cooling rack.

Cream Cheese Frosting

• In a mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, ½ cup of butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until there are no lumps.
• Adding one cup at a time mix in powdered sugar.
• Mix until the frosting is light and fluffy.
• Using a piping bag, pipe the frosting onto one side of the cookie. Gently place another cookie on top.
• Hold the cookie on its side and gently cover the frosting with additional sprinkles.
