Carmel Corn Puffs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bag of corn puffs.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1 cup butter
  • cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan melt1 cup (two sticks) of butter.
  • Stir in 2½ cups of brown sugar, and 1 cup of light Karo syrup.
  • Add Sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  • Cook over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil. Stirring continuously boil for 2 mins.
  • Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. of vanilla.
  • Pour caramel over corn puffs and stir until all the pieces are covered with caramel.
