Crock Pot Creamy Taco Cheese Dip

This Easy Crock Pot Cream Cheese Taco Dip is the perfect game day appetizer and only has 5 ingredients. Made with Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, salsa, ground beef, and taco seasoning. It's rich, creamy, and the best cheese dip to dunk your favorite fried tortillas or corn chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
  • 16 oz. jar of salsa
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain grease and add half of the package of taco seasoning to cooked meat and stir to combine.
  • Spray a large 4–6-quart crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Add cooked ground beef, cubed Velveeta cheese, cubed cream cheese, salsa, and the remaining taco seasoning to crock pot and stir to combine.
  • Cook on low for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until all cheese has completely melted and becomes creamy.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!
