Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 oz. can diced green chili's
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Place cubed Velveeta cheese, milk, unsalted butter, green chilies, pickled jalapenos, cumin, and garlic powder into crock pot.
  • Stir all ingredients together gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or toasted baguettes.
