Easy Baked Sloppy Joe Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 12 oz. can biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium season ground beef with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink. Drain fat.
  • Add in the ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Pour meat mixture into a medium bowl and dd the quartered biscuits to the bowl and toss until thoroughly combined.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 28-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve!! Enjoy!
