Easy Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs Recipe

This Easy Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs Recipe is perfect for a game day appetizer or even served with mashed potatoes for a comforting, filling family dinner. They are simple to make, and can be served right out of the crock pot. With cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, and sour cream, these Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs are absolutely packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10.75 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 2 pkgs. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
  • 2 lb. bag frozen Swedish or Italian meatballs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • egg noodles or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Sray the inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, dry onion soup mix, and Worchester sauce in slow cooker and whisk until ingredients are combined.
  • Add in frozen meatballs, cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • After meatballs have finished cooking, stir in sour cream.
  • Serve meatballs over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
