4Poundsboneless, skinless chicken thighs(Chicken breasts can be used as well)
1Cuppineapple juice
½Cuplite soy sauce
½Cupbrown sugar
⅓Cupketchup
2Teaspoonsfresh ginger(minced)

2Tablespoonsrice vinegar

Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, lite soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, and rice vinegar. Remove ½ cup of the marinade to a bowl and refrigerate for basting.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and marinate for at least 1½ hours and up to 8 hours.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat about 400 degrees. Make sure to spray a high heat cooking spray on the grill or brush with vegetable oil.
Grill chicken on the preheated grill, covered for 6-8 minutes on each side. For the last 5 minutes brush the reserved marinade on the chicken. Grill chicken to an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
