Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces lump crab meat (canned)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup diced green chilies
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°. Prepare a 9 x 9 baking dish by spraying it with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add crab meat, cream cheese, green chilies, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and ½ cup of cheddar cheese. Mix everything until well combined.
  • Add mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Serve with sliced baguettes, chips, or crackers.
