Mexican Bubble Pizza

  • 13x9-inch pan

Ingredients
  

  • lbs lean ground beef
  • 1oz pkg taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 can (10.75) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (about 16.3 oz)
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Toppings

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced fresh tomatoes
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Green onions
  • Olives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium skillet, brown hamburger until cooked all the way through, and drain.
  • In a medium saucepan mix together water, taco seasoning, and soup. Heat to boiling and reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins. Remove from heat. Add the hamburger to the sauce mixture.
  • Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Gently add the pieces to the hamburger mixture. Carefully stir just until the dough is covered completely. Spoon the mixture into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
  • Bake for 18-22 mins or until the biscuits are a light golden brown. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the top of the pizza and bake for an additional 8-10 mins or until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 mins and serve!
