Quick and Easy French Dip Sandwiches

These Quick and Easy French Dip Sandwiches can be made in under 15 minutes and combines sauteed onions with marinated roast beef and melty provolone cheese, all served on a hoagie bun for a melt-in-your-mouth sandwich that your whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 lb. deli sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • hoagie rolls for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size saucepan heat butter over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or slightly translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for one more minute.
  • Add beef broth, Worcestershire and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to simmer and add sliced roast beef until warm through.
  • If desired, lightly toast rolls then add cheese and roast beef. Serve warm with a side of Au Jus. Enjoy!
