These Raspberry Oatmeal Bars are the perfect breakfast or snack! They're made with healthy and nutritious ingredients, and they're so delicious no one will be able to resist them.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 21/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 18 oz. jar raspberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats, flour, salt, and baking powder and continue beating until all ingredients are combined well.
  • Press 3/4 of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of prepared baking pan.
  • Spread all of the jam over the oatmeal layer.
  • Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over the raspberry jam layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bar. Enjoy!
