These Texas Sheet Cake Cookies are chewy, chocolatey, delicious, and you can make them with box cake mix! These moist chocolate cookies are topped with a melt in your mouth chocolate frosting, making them a must have when you need a chocolate fix!

Cookie Dough 1 box chocolate cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Frosting 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter 1/4 cup milk 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Cookie Dough Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and cinnamon until well combined. Dough will be thick.
Scoop out 1 heaping Tbsp. of cookie dough and place on prepared baking sheet. I like to use a little butter on my hands to make rolling dough easier.
Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool.
Frosting To make the frosting add butter, cocoa powder, and milk to a medium saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth.
Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until frosting becomes smooth.
Allow frosting to cool and start to set up.
Evenly spoon frosting over cookies, add chopped pecans if desired. Enjoy!
