Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup mini Cadbury eggs, crushed
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Mix in egg and vanilla until combined.
  • Add in flour, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and continue beating until just combined.
  • Stir in crushed Cadbury eggs and mini chocolate chips.
  • Place dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  • Once dough has had time to chill, preheat oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop out 2 Tbsp. of dough and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy1
