Directions
- Open can of black beans, place in strainer and rinse. Dump in bowl.
Open can of corn, place in strainer to drain off excess water, then dump in bowl with beans.
Open can of rotel and add to beans and corn. Add cilantro, lime juice, red bell pepper, and salt to your taste. Stir together well.

1 small red bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 tsp salt
