This is truly the best recipe for chocolate chip cookies ever! My mom is an amazing baker. She has been making these cookies my whole life. They are Soft chewy and perfect!

How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Using the whisk attachment on you mixer, cream together margarine or butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

3. Switch to the paddle attachment. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix into your wet mixture.

4. Add in chocolate chips. You can also add in walnut or pecans if you would like.

5. Scoop 1 1/2 balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake! Over baking will make your cookies crispy. I pull them out right as they start to get a little color on them.

7. Remove from cookie sheet right after removing them from the oven. Enjoy!
