This quick and easy Hamburger casserole is made with simple and cheap ingredients, takes very little time to prepare, is perfect for busy weeknights and is a family favorite!

It’s made with just ground beef, pasta shells, tomato soup, cheese and seasoning to taste. It doesn’t sound like much, but when it all comes together it’s like eating a cheeseburger out of a pan. Did I mention how easy hamburger casserole is!?

Directions

  • In a large pot, cook pasta through and drain thoroughly.
  • In a skillet add ground beef, salt and pepper and garlic until browned.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cooked ground beef, tomato soup, water, and half of the cheese and mix well to coat noodles.
  • Pour noodle mixture into a greased 9X13 casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
