Salted Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Dip is a perfect dessert recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare! Cream cheese, marshmallow cream, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and salt make this easy dip recipe a crowd pleaser.
I love making this Salted Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Dip when I need a last minute dessert recipe. It’s easy to make and tastes so yummy served with sliced apples or cookies. It’s incredible sweetness comes from the marshmallow cream and caramel sauce. You get a crunch from the pecans and that sweet/salty flavor from the course salt sprinkled on top. Ingredients for salted caramel pecan dip
- Cream Cheese: You can use fat free cream cheese in this recipe if you like. Cream cheese should be softened before using.
- Marshmallow Cream: You will use one 7 oz. container of marshmallow cream or marshmallow fluff.
- Powdered Sugar: Using powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar will make this dip smooth and not grainy.
- Caramel Sauce: I used store bought caramel sauce that you would find with all your ice cream toppings, but you can always use homemade if you have it on hand.
- Chopped Pecans: I love the crunch that the pecans add to the dip. Cashews would also be great sprinkled on this dip.
- Course Salt: Sprinkling course salt on this dip will add the sweet and salty flavor to the dessert. If you are cutting the salt out of your diet, feel free to add less or omit it all together.
- Apples Or Cookies For Dipping: We like to dip sliced honey crisp apples or vanilla flavored cookies in this dip. Graham crackers would also be tasty.

There are many different things you can eat with this dip. Some of my families favorites are sliced apples, graham crackers, salted pretzels, and vanilla wafers. We also love to break up waffle cones into smaller bite size pieces to dip.
How to store cheesecake dip
If you happen to have any salted caramel cheesecake dip leftover, it will stay good in the fridge for up to one week. Store it in an air tight container or cover tightly with saran wrap and keep it in the fridge.
