Hi I’m in the uk can you use fresh pasta
Yes, you can definitely use fresh pasta. You will want to decrease the cooking time if not using frozen pasta.
Amazing recipe!! I followed the recipe pretty much but used hot sausage and added a little more mozzarella on top with a few shakes of oregano. Wonderful recipe that I will absolutely make again! Thank you!
I’m so glad you loved the recipe. Sounds great with hot sausage.
Will this freeze well?
Yes, it does freeze well. I reccomend letting it thaw overnight in the fridge before baking.
This was INCREDIBLE! easy to make and delicious . It has become a family favourite. Thanks for the recipe April!
This is delicious but I make it with no meat and use more cheese. I also have used dried tortellini and it works fine. If I want it a bit fancier for quest, I make a layer of ricotta with a beaten egg and shredded parmesan added between the layers. very good recipe.
Nothing better than quick, easy and delicious! I used Italian sausage and it was so good. Will definitely make again. Thank you!
