These No-Bake S’mores are the perfect alternative to traditional s’mores. They are so easy to make and so delicious to eat! They are the perfect treat to bring to any potluck or family gathering. These bars only require 6 simple ingredients and a couple of easy steps.

Here in Utah, we have been getting some pretty high heat records for the month of June, I mean we have already had several days in the 100’s! Can you believe it? It’s only June. SO, I am desperately trying to find easy meals and treats that don’t require turning the oven on. Have I mentioned that it’s also so hot that my kids are refusing to play outside??? I am loving these S’more bars because they are easy to make and my kids had so much fun helping. (Anything to keep them entertained!!)
Ingredients For No-Bake S’more Bars
- Golden Grahams: 8 cups is about one 12 ounce box.
- Mini Marshmallows: Make sure you use the mini marshmallows, they will be easier to melt.
- Butter: I used salted butter because these bars are really sweet and I wanted to taste a hint of salt to break up all that sweetness.
- Vanilla Extract: My favorite vanilla is dark Mexican vanilla.
- Light Corn Syrup: Make sure you use light syrup because there is a taste difference between light and dark syrup.
- Chocolate Chips: I have made these bars with milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate and so far everyone seems to like the milk chocolate best.
How To Make No-Bake S’mores
- Line an 8×13 baking dish with tin foil.
- Using the microwave, melt butter in a large bowl.
- Add in vanilla extract, light corn syrup, and 6 cups of marshmallow. Melt in the microwave for 20-25 second intervals stirring in between.
- Stir in 1 cup of milk chocolate chip. (The heat from the melted ingredients will melt the chips)
- Pour Golden Grams into marshmallow mixture and stir.
- Add in remaining unmelted marshmallows and chocolate chip and stir well.
- Press mixture into the prepared baking dish. Let cool for 1 hour and enjoy!

Tips And Tricks
- You can totally use your stove instead of the microwave to make these bars. Just make sure you are using low heat to avoid burning the sugars and chocolate.
- You can make these bars in advance! I love trying to get as much done the day before an event as possible. It’s so nice not to have to stress out about stuff the day of.
How To Store
To keep your bars nice and fresh make sure you store them in an air-tight container. Also, make sure you store them out of direct sunlight to avoid having them melt. If you store the no-bake s’mores bars properly they should last from 3-4 days…..if you don’t eat them all before that!!!!
