Ingredients for no bake Oreo cheesecake
- Cream Cheese: By using fat free cream cheese you are cutting down on the calories and fat.
- Greek Yogurt: This recipe calls for non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Vanilla: Pure vanilla or vanilla extract both work well.
- Salt: This recipe calls for a small amount of salt, but it does help to bring out the sweet flavor in the cheesecake.
- Lite Cool Whip: Thaw cool whip before in the fridge or on the counter before using.

- Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
- Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
- In a medium size mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
- Add in salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Continue beating until well combined.
- Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos, and beat until mixed well.
- Fold in thawed cool whip until ingredients are combined.
- Evenly scoop cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
