No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream

If you have never made homemade ice cream, you are missing out. It’s so easy to make and takes only 10 minutes to prepare. Made with whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and Oreo cookies. This homemade Oreo Ice Cream will become one of your favorite summertime treats. Ingredients for No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream

  • Heavy Whipping Cream: Heavy whipping cream is the best option for this ice cream, but if your in a pinch cool whip will also work well.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: I like to use fat free sweetened condensed milk, full fat will also work great.
  • Vanilla: Pure vanilla or vanilla extract are both good options.
  • Oreos: I like the original flavor Oreos, but feel free to try different flavors.

How to make No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream

  • In a medium size mixing bowl add heavy whipping cream and vanilla, and beat with a hand mixer until it reaches stiff peaks, 4-5 minutes.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and fold gently until combined.
  • Next, add crushed Oreos and mix ingredients until fully combined.
  • Pour the Oreo ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container and sprinkle crushed Oreos over top. Pace in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight. I like to put a piece of saran wrap over ice cream mixture before putting the lid on.
  • When you are ready to serve, allow ice cream to thaw for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Variations to Oreo ice cream

  • Try different flavor Oreos to mix it up.
  • Add in a swirl of hot fudge before pouring ice cream into freezer safe container.
  • Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips along with the crushed Oreos.
  • Crumble other cookies or candy bars that pair well with Oreos.
