  • Ground ginger

Thai Chicken Pizza Variations

You can make several variations of this pizza by adding or removing certain ingredients to give it a unique taste.

  • Cheese Blend – Instead of just mozzarella, you can use a blend of cheese, including provolone, mozzarella, and romano cheeses.
  • More Veggies – Feel free to add extra veggies to this dish, such as peppers, onions, and broccoli.
  • Sweet Sauce – Instead of the peanut butter sauce, you can use a sweet chili sauce or duck sauce as the base. However, this will change the overall flavor of the pizza!

Chicken Pizza Tips

  • Fresh cilantro adds the perfect special touch to this pizza. Add as much of it as youโ€™d like for extra flavor!
  • While you can buy pre-made pizza dough, I think this pizza tastes best when prepared with dough made from scratch. Give it a try!
  • The pizza tastes great fresh out of the oven, but itโ€™s also great when reheated. The best way to reheat it is in a pan on the stove. Itโ€™s so simple and crisps the pizza right back up.

I made this Thai pizza today for the first time. I made the sauce lite because I was not sure how my husband would take sauce; I did tell him about the Sause. But when he had a slice, he said that he like it. So, then I told him about the That the Sause that it was a THAI sauce. I will make again but the next time I will add more of everything of the sauce.
