Pasta is one of my favorite meals to make at home. Well, letโs be honest, anything with carbs is my favorite meal to make! Pasta in particular is such a versatile ingredient and can be combined with so many other things that it is fun to cook with. This Easy Tortellini Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli is one of my favorite pasta dishes. It is super easy to mix up, and I love how creamy and cheesy it is. The quality is even more delicious than the one at Olive Garden if you ask me, and it takes less than the time that it would take you to drive to the restaurant to have this tortellini alfredo made and on the table. You really canโt go wrong!
Making this tortellini alfredo with chicken and broccoli is super simple. Tortellini is so easy to use because it cooks quickly and already has the cheese (or other fillings of your choice) on the inside. To make this recipe, you start by cooking your garlic, chicken broth, half and half, and spices. This will give you your flavorful base. Once you have that going, you will add in your tortellini and broccoli and let them cook. Next comes my favorite part – the cheese! Add in your cream cheese and parmesan. This will make your sauce extra creamy! All that is left to do after that is add your chicken. Voila! You will have a tasty, creamy tortellini pasta ready to serve.

What to Serve/Pair with Your Tortellini Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli
Like I said earlier, I love any excuse to eat carbs! I always pair this chicken tortellini alfredo with some sort of bread, like these Quick and Easy Homemade Breadsticks with Parmesan. They are extra delicious when you dip them in the sauce, and it is a great way to use up any extra parmesan.
Any dessert will pair well with this tortellini, but for some reason I always like to follow Italian food with chocolate and coffee. Pair this Nutella Puff Pastry with a cozy cup of coffee and you wonโt regret it, I promise!
If you want more veggies than just the broccoli that is in the tortellini alfredo, you can also serve an Italian salad on the side. If you truly want the Olive Garden vibes and have some extra time on your hands, you could even serve this Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup. Itโs light enough that it can be paired with this dish as an appetizer.
