Tips And Tricks For Making S’mores Cookies
1- Try using little squares of Hershey milk chocolate squares instead of Hershey kisses to top the cookies.
2- Be sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Greasing the baking pan can cause your cookies to spread and become flat.
3- You want your graham cracker crumbs to be finely crushed. I like to place my graham crackers in a food processor or blender to make my graham cracker crumbs nice and fine.
4- Cut your large marshmallows in half with scissors. Place the sticky side of the marshmallow on the cookie to keep if from sliding off when in the oven.
5- These cookies can be served warm or at room temperature. I love to serve them slightly warm with a cold glass of milk. To warm cookies, place them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
How To Store Hershey Kiss S’mores Cookies
If you happen to have any s’more cookies leftover, place them in an airtight container and store them at room temperature for 3-4 days. Just like classic s’mores, they are best when served warm. Place them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to enjoy an ooey gooey s’more cookie.

I made these for Christmas 2022 and they are SO good! My husband said maybe the best cookie ever. I made them exactly as written. They are maybe the tiniest bit too salty. I may do between 1/4 tsp and 1/2 tsp salt next time. I will be making these over and over again!!
I’m so glad you all loved them.
