I don’t know about you, but I have missed dining in at some of our favorite restaurants the last couple of months!! I miss the endless flavored lemonades, bread and butter, and my favorite, chips and Queso! Our go-to restaurant of choice is always Chili’s because of their chips and Queso! If you’ve had their Queso you know exactly what I’m talking about. Well, now you can have one of your favorite restaurant style chip dips made at home in 10 minutes. This Easy Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip is so creamy and full of flavor from the simple spices added. Your family and friends are going to love this recipe!

Easy Copycat Chilis Queso Dip

Ingredients needed for Chili’s Copycat Queso Dip

  • Velveeta cheese
  • No bean chili
  • Milk
  • Papirka
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Cayenne
  • Lime juice

How to make Chili’s Copycat Queso

Start by cutting up your Velveeta cheese into small cubes and placing them in your skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently until the cheese starts to melt. Add milk and stir until melted and becomes creamy. Add your paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and lime juice. Stir well to mix, and then add in your can of no chili beans ( I use Hormel) and stir well to combine.

Serve Immediately with your favorite tortilla chips and Enjoy!

Yes, this Easy Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip can be made in your crockpot for all day snacking, or if your heading out to a potluck or BBQ. Just add all the ingredients to your crockpot and stir until cheese is melted. Keep crockpot on low and stir occasionally.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed. This is half of the large block
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can No chili beans
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 3 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice

Instructions

  • Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to skillet.
  • Add milk to skillet and stir until cheese is melted.
  • Add paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
  • Add can of no bean chili and stir well until Queso becomes creamy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite chips. Enjoy!
